About This

• This carbon block water filter is crafted from premium quality coconut shell activated carbon and effectively removes chlorine, VOCs, bad tastes and odors for better tasting water.
• A single cartridge combines sediment and carbon block filtration. With 1 micron filtration, it effectively reduces particles in water, including sediment, sand, soil, silt, and rust, which are smaller than what the human eye can see.
• Locofiltr CBC series carbon blocks are ideal for point-of-use (POU), Reverse Osmosis applications, and whole house filtration. This carbon block water filter is great for displacing traditional GAC (Granular Activated Carbon) and PAC (Powdered Activated Carbon) filters in applications where high chlorine reduction is needed.
• A polypropylene reinforcement backing and external netting provide additional strength and dirt-loading capacity. The polypropylene reinforcement backing and external neting trap dirt and sediment to prevent the carbon block from plugging and shorting the cartridge life.
