This limited edition was only sold at the APA Expo, a model car event in China. (Limited to 499 units at the venue)
It is a Crown Victoria police car specification that appears in the game Need For Speed Hot Pursuit.
There are no known retailers in Japan, and this is likely the only available unit in Japan at the moment.
