The skin totally wraps around the filling with folds on top, it is closely sealed and the seal area is tight and evenly distributed. Cabbage is in 12 mm diced, other vegetables are 6 mm diced.
This crescent shaped Thai vegetable potsticker is ready-to-eat and made with unbleached flour infused with spinach for an authentic texture and color. It features a filling made with a delicious vegetable blend of cabbage, onion, carrots, and shiitake mushrooms, then mixed with tofu, potato, & vermicelli noodles. Flavored perfectly with ginger, garlic, green onion, soy sauce, and a hint of sesame oil for a bold and balanced flavor. Packed in a 12 count tray to ensure a crispy flat bottom for consistency when pan frying. This potsticker offers an excellent hold time for takeout and delivery menus.
