“The Roman Spring of Mrs. Stone” is a 1961 romantic film based on a Tennessee Williams novel made by Warner Bros. starring Vivien Leigh, Warren Beatty, Jill St. John and Lotta Lenya. In his memoirs, Tennessee Williams called it his favorite movie of all those made from his work. "I think that film is a poem. It was the last important work of both Miss Leigh and of the director, José Quintero, a man who is as dear to my heart as Miss Leigh is." Lotte Lenya was nominated for an Oscar for Best Supporting Actress.
Original vintage authentic movie poster half sheet (22 inches x 28 inches) in very good condition. It is an unrestored poster with very good color and an overall very presentable appearance. There are some fold lines, light creases, minor edge wear, and and a couple of minor marks and smudges. The poster has a nice image of a very young Warren Beatty.
