This is a vintage 1940’s COOKIE JAR. It measures 9.5 tall and the base is 6” in diameter. It is from the 1940’s and is in good condition for its age. It has paint crazing throughout and has lost most of its cold painting. However, there are bits of blue paint on her head scarf, and red on her lips. Pic #10 shows what the original paint job might have looked like. It does have one crack across her wrist, but it is mainly the glaze that is cracked. It is barely felt on the inside of the jar. Should not affect the piece if used for display. Great piece for your collection!
