This adorable doll is from our collection of vintage Dolls.
This handmade doll is made on a cardboard cone. Inside the cone is an original label:

There is another original round paper tag in white and blue:
Irish Linen Decorative Cotton
Her face is hand painted. She carries a small bouquet of flowers with large beige ribbons.
Her wedding dress is made of fine lace that is handmade. Just stunning. Two layers of lace. The head dress is a long piece of lace that goes down her back secured by a small flower on each side of her forehead. The bodice is made out of the fine Irish lace as well.
I have tried to research this doll to no avail. We know it is from the 1930's since it belonged to my great grandmother.
A wonderful, unique piece.
