Kenneth Jay Lane's (KJL) vintage critter series brooch/trinket box. There are 4 of these critters that he created in this series. This one being a frog on a lily pad and called "Frog Prince." Check out "Lady Bug Lane and "Madame Escargot" from the same series and also available in the shop.
Frog Prince features a 3 dimensional look with beautiful rich green enamel peppered with clear Austrian crystals and gorgeous green glass small cabochons throughout his body. There are gold tone band findings as well to create a realistic look to his body. His legs are tucked up underneath of him like he is ready to leap off of his lily pad.
