Featuring Gentleman on a train
This is an original silver gelatin photograph. Has mat and has always been kept in original plastic wrap. This is a rare photograph/location. Photo is in excellent condition. Only the plastic cover shows some storage/age. I have had this for many many years and has been stored safely away. This will be shipped with care. Signature will need to be provided upon delivery. Chaim Kanner (1943-2000) was born in Nice, France. He studied in Europe and photographed in France and Italy. In 1967 he spent a year photographing in the US and Mexico which stimulated travel throughout his life which can be seen in his work Glasgow to Tokyo. He moved to the US in 1981 where he worked as a commercial photographer for an advertising agency until 1986 when he concentrated on selling his own work exclusively. Passed in 2000.
