Stunning blown black amethyst glass vase that appears black until held up to bright (natural) lighting. The color shown when held to the light is a gorgeous, vibrant, deep royal purple. The footed bottom of the vase is also blown glass, and is applied to the bottom of the purple glass top. Great as a stand alone vase, or with a bouquet of flowers/plants. Could also be decorated to match a spooky or fun halloween decoration display. Unknown maker, but very similar to Murano or Blenko art glass styles.
**There are two open bubbles from the blowing/firing process on the inside of the rim purple side. There is also a line of discoloration in the same area that is barely noticeable. Still an overall STUNNING piece. Please see pictures for measurements and details**
