This stone is absolutely gorgeous. I bought it for myself a couple years back to use it in a piece I wanted made for myself but never got around to it. It's gorgeous as it sits but if cut you will be so pleased I can guarantee that. I bought it at U.S Auction house. So as you know rough cut sapphire price's range from 5$- 20$ per carat depending on hue, color etc. Since this came from the auction at 270 would be 10$ a carat and that's in the middle range of evaluation chart's. Must have if your a collector like myself! Make an offer as long as it's not insulting lol
