Pullip Eileen is an incredibly special collaboration between some of Lolita fashion's biggest names, artists and Pullip's fanbase. The popular Chinese Lolita magazine Girlism hosted a design contest in summer 2017. The winning illustration was used as the basis for the design of Pullip Eileen as well as a human sized version of the outfit that was produced by Baby, the Stars Shine Bright. Almost 1,000 entries were submitted to the contest and more than 100,000 votes were received to bring this gorgeous girl to life, and she does not disappoint. Everything about this release is simply sensational.
