1990s Beautiful handmade Girls dress with cloth covered buttons , back zipper, hook and eye closure, collar , full skirt w scalloped hemline gathered to bodice at waistline seam, puffed sleeves, attached petticoat w eyelet ruffle, small shoulder pads and back tie.
White with pink/green/blue floral print; Pink piping at scalloped hemline, waist. Pink ruffle on collar and sleeves.
