The Tower Treasure, The House on the Cliff, The Secret of the Old Mill, The Missing Chums, Hunting for Hidden Gold, and The Shore Road Mystery are public domain, being as their 95 year copyright protection ran out.
The revised text of The Hidden Harbor Mystery and the only text of Mystery of the Desert Giant are pd, based on their year of publication and the failure of G&D / the Stratemeyer Syndicate to renew these volumes in 1989.

These aren't cheesy copies of Gutenberg versions on the first six. In fact, Gutenberg averaged two dozen typos, misprints, and errors for the six that they've realized are public domain.

All eight have been checked and rechecked by SynSine Press over the past 30+ years. I pretty much guarantee that there's no more than three typos in each. In fact, five of the first six match G&D 100%. One book contains a single typo on my side. Extra points if you can find it!
