A very rare 1998 Sears Lighted Christmas Teapot Village featuring "Merry Mice".
Complete in the original box except for the bag of artificial snow.
Working lights included as are all the figurines.
2 signs have been re-attached with glue, (see last photo); on the train, the little teapot at the end has also been fixed with glue; the train piece behind the engine is missing its little candy cane hook; box has some staining and edge wear.
Other than these minor issues, this set is in wonderful, clean condition.
NOTE: Weight is nearly 10 pounds.
