This Is From 1986 & Has Been Loved Very Much, So By No Means Is It In Mint Or Near Mint Condition.
Condition Is Fair To Good, Please See Pictures, They Are Part Of The Description!! Listed Below Is My Attempt To Detail All Flaws I See:
Furniture: Missing One Of The Original Furniture Pieces,
Chairs Are Broken, Very Broken-Please See Pictures. Also Included Is A Vintage Barbie Couch, Not Original To This Set.
Working Elevator
House: It Is Made Of Plastic & Cardboard So It Isn't Super Sturdy In Comparison To Plastic & Wood Houses, But Is Much Easier To Store Since It Can Be Disassemble.
2 Pillars Are Missing, See Third Floor Picture.
2 Clips Are Missing., See Picture Of Roof
Cardboard Shows Wear & Has A Few Small Tears. Most Notably An Edge On The Third Floor, Last Pic
Box: Original Box Shows Its Age. It Is Worn & In Fair Condition.
No Instructions, I Looked Online For Assembly
