Super gorgeous vintage y2k Hollister ruffle mini skirt!! Featuring waistband with a cinched design, 100% silk ruffles with velvet trims, and a beautiful light baby blue color. Very flattering, detail-oriented design! the material is also sooo high quality, unlike the sh*t they make these days.
