This listing is for a pristine Mid-Century Modern version of Handy Mandy in Oz, published in 1959 by Reilly & Lee. It was written by Ruth Plumly Thompson, a continuation of L. Frank Baum's beloved 14 Wizard of Oz books. No one wrote on the inscription page, the pages are clean and white, cover impeccable. The only flaws are someone cut a square off of the back dustjacket flap, see pic, and there once was a 3/4" round sticker on the spine of the DJ. otherwise, no significant flaws. Corners are sharp, not sure if anyone has even opened the book all the way but they sure did take good care of it for 67 years!!!
