Richard Hinger, known for his wildlife paintings, especially owls, produced several iconic owl-themed works in the 1970s. His painting series often featured screech owls and other owl types, capturing their distinctive features and nocturnal settings. This piece is an oleograph print of his famous work titled "Screech." This is indeed one of the best oleographs I have ever seen. It has so much texture that to the naked eye it truly looks like oil on canvas. Without a magnifying glass or a trained eye you would not know it wasn't. Rustic wood frame.
