It is used but good condition- consistency is thin (PLEASE NOTE THIS IT IS THIN, I am second owner so chance that previous owner added some thinner, see the photos it’s hard to show in pictures but it’s a jelly polish so it’s sheer anyway), the consistency didn’t effect the wear of it, especially over a dark color. It’s better over black or other crème colors in my opinion but I don’t like the jelly look so that’s mostly why I’m letting it go.
Really pretty color- retired and no longer available. Comes with original box, and brush. Will ship carefully.
