This vintage set of 8 Black Stem Octime Luminarc wine glasses was made in the early '90s by J.G. Durand in France. These wine glasses are made of beautiful clear glass with black stems in a very classic but modern, sophisticated look. These wine glasses have an unusual 8 sided paneled bowl and are simply stunning.
The wine glasses are 8 1/8" in height and are 3 1/2" in diameter and hold 8 oz. They were made by Arc International in France. The forerunner companies of the Luminarc brand have been in business since 1825. The brands J.G. Durand and Luminarc were established in 1968 and the Octime pattern has long been discontinued.
These all are in very good condition and there are no chips or cracks on the glasses and all are marked Luminarc France in raised letters. This would add to any wine glass collection and is priced for any collector. Very chic!
