This duo is a bit of a mystery. My best guess is the compact is an unsigned Girey.
The outside of both is covered with a leathery material.
The fun element about the compact is that the cartouche hasn't been engraved, so it would make a great personalized gift if you choose to get it monogrammed.
The compact opens with a push of the button on the shoulder to reveal powder and rouge compartments with the original puffs. Some cosmetics remain.
The circular container may not have originally gone with the compact. it is slightly a brighter shade of red, but they make a striking duo.
The small pillbox appears to have been used for a scent container. There is a sponge included that is likely not an original piece.
The ornate top is gorgeous!
