When you first look at this you think someone stuck dried flowers in a cute little pewter pitcher but you'd be wrong. Someone put painted metal (looks like brass) flowers and made them look like like a natural still life. This is charming, unique and whimsical. And very old! Judging by the backstamp on the pitcher. Possibly Victorian. The detail on the leaves is incredible. It is a bit dusty and would require patience and a lot of cotton swabs to clean this piece. This piece is being sold as is.
