Preowned. Prize figure quality (sculpt specs, imperfect coloring, wears, etc). All parts included (extra faceplates for both, akanes bow/tie parts, and an extra arm for aqua). Aqua's arm that supports him actually floats above the ground. He still is firm and has no issues tipping over. I find this normal amongst prize figures, but I thought I'll mention it.
Box has some wears from storage. Overall, these figures are cute and rather big than what I initially thought when I got them.
