This listing is for an unbelieveable vintage clutch bag, handmade in Bombay, Calcutta. The outside of the clutch is cotton velvet adorned with beautiful gold-colored metallic thread. Open the purse, the interior is black silk. It has a snap closure, 2 inside pockets and matching mirror wrapped in silk. The outside back has a velvet bank adorned with the same metallic thread. This bag is definitely vintage, although you'd never know it. It is in impeccable condition, inside and out, showing very little wear.
Of all the bags I have listed, this one is superior. It is the most unusual in its design and materials. A stunning example of Indian artistry. This isnt just a clutch, it's a work of art! And in such fabulous condition. Interior silk shows no wear. The mirror itself does show signs of age, as mirrors will be at this age.
