Outfit is size kids SMALL.
Hat fits more like an adult size, but my 6 year old was able to wear it.
The hat and jacket are in great condition. The pants ar more of a "fair" condition because they have a few tiny snags? (white lines on the zoomed in picture) on the pants, primarily on the butt area, but not super noticeable and are just cosmetic.
