This is an original 1920's porcelain sign that reads
KELVINATOR ELECTRIC REFRIGERATION INSTALLED AND SERVICED BY
COMMONWEALTH EDISION COMPANY.
Measuring 17.5" W x 10" t, this sign features a dark blue color w/white lettering and was manufactured in Chicago Illinois. There are 6 holes for mounting, only 1 grommet remaining.
Created during the 1920's, by VERIBRITE SIGNS-CHICAGO, this collectible advertising piece represents a piece of history from the early days of electric refrigeration. Made of durable porcelain and featuring intricate detailing, this sign is a very rare, valuable and a unique addition to any sign collection.
