When stretched out widest, measurements laying flat:
20” across chest
20” from top center of front to hem
23” from top center of back to hem (high-low)
Adjustable ruching on each tier and on each shoulder as well. When it’s ruched even slightly, no stains visible. There’s two small dots on the front (pictured), light stains on the inside of the collar not visible when worn (pictured), and one dot on the back (pictured). Again, if ruched even slightly, stains not visible or noticeable. Haven’t tried bleaching it out.
