This is a 2.04mm genuine light yellow diamond nose screw. It is a very, very light yellow diamond. It is almost white. It looks like a white diamond with just a hue of yellow. The price has been reduced because of this.
This is a real genuine yellow diamond that was mined from the ground. It is NOT man made, coated, lab created, dyed, infused or synthetic.
It is .03ct and is 20g but will fit a nose piercing that is 16g, 18g, 20g or 22g. The clarity is SI-I.
The diamond is set with epoxy which holds extremely well. The setting is surgical steel. As you can see in the pictures the diamond sticks out farther than the setting so that you mostly see the diamond instead of the setting when you wear it.
