Vintage 1960s golf bag by Golf Bag Associates (GBA) of Walnut Ridge, Arkansas. This very rare and hard-to-find bag is black pebble faux leather with black leather trim and brass hardware. It is in all original condition with handle and strap intact and solid. Three-way divider across the top with four zippered pockets. All zippers work smoothly, and pockets are trimmed in gold braid. Bag is approximately 35 1/4" tall with an 8" top opening.
Golf Bag Associates (GBA) was founded in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas in 1965.
This bag is in original condition and has not been refinished. It is my father’s - he bought it used in the early 1970s- and has been in storage for at least forty-five years. Bag is in very nice vintage condition, with no rips, stain, or holes. It is sold AS IS.
