CONDITION:
I would rate the sheet in good-fair condition.
Fair because the sheet has a few tears that could probably be sewn / fixed & some fraying of the hem where it's coming loose just from age. I have had this sheet stored since childhood.
And Good because other than those few things, it's in overall great shape for it's age! Crisp & clean and colors are nice and vibrant. No stains or discolorations. No pilling. Just needs a little repair to the few rips & fraying as described (as seen in photos)
