A really beautiful piece of jewelry. Never worn. Extra safety clasp. My scale states it weighs 4g. I know it is completely accurate when I weigh for pounds and ounces. I very seldom use to weigh for grams. It sounds right when I compare it to other items I have receipts for with the grams on it.
It is approx 1 to 1 1/2mm.
Stamped 14K. Yellow gold.
My camera does not get clear pictures of small markings. My customers know if i say it is stamped 14K, it is.
It had belonged to my sister. She only bought from JB Hudson in Mpls or Tiffany. She bought many pieces she put away and never got around to wearing. Especially once she retired.
Not sure how long she had this. It would be vintage but not worn. In a jewelry box all this time.
I usually look at comparable items on line and ask less. I was surprised to see how high the asking prices are for 20" 14K chains right now. All are in the $250 range, or higher.
