Extremely rare 1965 unmarked on bottom Tervis of Florida Fly Fishing Lure embedded double thick plastic insulated (to keep cold drinks cold) set of 4 tumblers for barware drinkware, very nostalgic. Developed by Frank Cotter and G. Howlett Davis. Double walled insulated, keeps beverages colder than non-insulated cups or glassss. These Tervis Fishing Lure tumblers appear to be made before Tervis the company incorporated in 1967. Made in America in either Michigan or Florida. Dimensions 4 1/4” tall, 3 3/4” inches wide at lip, and 2 1/2” wide at bottom. Weigh 6 ounces a piece. Holds 12 ounces of liquid. Condition is excellent for being 60 years old. Some hairline scratches only in only a few places. Mostly unused and stored in time capsule. Sold as complete set of 4. The vintage embedded Trout Flies are art in their own right. These are hand made 1960’s Trout Flies that show perfectionism. Each Fly is different and obviously hand made.
