♡ I would recommend this skirt for sizes L and above. Due to the thicker fabric and tiered construction, the skirt has some weight to it. I got the skirt when I was a S in the waist, and it was too big for me, sadly. Even now, I am a M in the waist, and it is still too big for me. The elastic waistband isn't very tight, so I think anything below a L would be too small unless you wear a belt
