Hand stitched, All original. Black girl in blue dress with red-ribbon head/waist band. When flipped, white girl in pink dress with silk ribbon tied around her neck, wearing a pink bonnet. Overall, very good vintage condition. Shows wear commensurate with age and love. Tare to pink dress, light age stains and minor soiling throughout. See photos. Displays precious!
