This exquisite antique 6-well oyster plate comes from the renowned Royal Staffordshire Pottery in Burslem, England, dating between 1891 and 1910. The design, titled "MARGUERITE", features a brown transferware pattern of stylized daisies, with intricate detailing:
Embossed snail shells, seaweed, and seashells divide each well
Central ring of seashells, reminiscent of classic Minton majolica design
