Mexican Hand Blown Glass or Bubble Glass. I bought them as wine glasses I believe when I vacationed in Tonala,Mexco 34 plus years ago. However, Never used them.
They have been in storage since I bought them. There are 11 of them. 5 1/2 inches high and 3 3/4 inches in diameter.
You can tell they are hand blown because of the many bubbles and tie off on the bottom.
(Each piece of Mexican hand blown glassware is a unique creation. There will never be two exactly alike. The centuries-old glass blowing techniques used by the craftsmen create small air bubbles in the glass giving this type of glassware it's well known name, bubble glass. )
I believe that these glasses were the forerunner of the ones they are making now with the cobalt rims. I searched the web but could not find any like this available.
