This is a vintage cloth flour sack, or bag. It is a 3 pound size bag. The front side reads:

(If Bewley's started in 1882, and we add 59 years, that means this was made around 1941.)
The BACK side has the print image of a vegetable guy with cucumber body, carrot legs, pepper feet, corn arms, and tomato head, berry eyes, peas mouth. He was meant to be made into a stuffed toy.
Sack measures 6¼ x 12½.
It has some fading to the colors, but no holes or tears. It displays very nicely.
Old & original - made about 82 years ago.
