This absolutely adorable hat can be worn as a hat, hung, (it has a clear hanger,) or used as a decorative centerpiece but needs to be treated gently! This piece is OLD!
The fabric witch has no condition issues, BUT I have glued some of the loose purple fabric fringe back, and painted some of the hat's missing paint. I have shined a very bright spotlight on the hat so you can see the two paint touch ups. The hat is made of cardboard. Comes from a smoke free environment. I ship daily.
