Lemax Village Collection Vintage Gas Station Route 66 #45703 w/Box, Light, Cord

Listing is for a Lemax Village Collection Vintage Gas Station, Item #45703, also know as the Lemax Route 66 Gas Station. It is a porcelain Christmas village building that was retired in 2014. The item is part of the Lemax Harvest Crossing collection and features a Route 66 theme. The gas station is designed to be a lighted building within a village display. Item comes complete with original styrofoam, box, light cord, and light. In great vintage condition with no chips. At the back of the house, where the light goes in it looks like the walls around the circle are set back but I am not sure if it is intentional since it looks like the factory painting is over it, just want to point it out for full disclosure, refer to last image where I took a closeup image.
Gas station sits on an 8" x 5-1/4" base and stands at 7" tall.
