Please be advised this is NOT branded JMS but because of the embossed initials Vinted AI is insistent this is the brand name so I’ve chosen the closest! A delightful black leather antique/vintage attaché case / briefcase - as functional now as it was when it was made – I’m guessing about 1930s - stitched leather handles that can be either slipped out or slid down into the sides - It is delightfully worn around the top and corners - Very clear gold-embossed initials. - Has a zip opening that works well - amazingly unmarked green fabric lining -it can be opened wide or folded thin to about 1” - stands up well -Amazing condition for its age It is a lovely piece of history. It feels ‘good’, you know? Makes me wonder – who did it belong to? What was their job? What documents did it used to keep safe? Fascinating.
