Also selling in a smaller size - please see my other listings; full of beautiful vintage Monsoon silk pieces in various sizes :) Beautiful midi skirt from Monsoon circa late 90s/early 00s Lovely mint green/blue/purple/white floral mixed print Lined Silk outer Labelled a UK 14 but please consult measurements below as I don’t accept returns and sizing has changed a little over the decades so might be more like a modern 12 or smaller 14 now… The waist laid flat is approx 15.5 inches (so suitable for a 31in waist) but is slightly elasticated too; however hips will also need to be taken into consideration even if larger than a 31 inch waist. Hips (again laid flat): approx 21 inches (so suited to up to 42in hip measurement.
